GUIDELINES:
- ALL STUDENTS must sign the EQUIPMENT PROCEDURES CONTRACT (EPC) when they first check out equipment. Please print, read, and sign the latest EPC, and bring it when you pick up your first rental for the semester.

- 2ND YEAR MFA STUDENTS have priority on all rental equipment.
- Use the correct EQUIPMENT RESERVATION CONTRACT (ERC) to make equipment reservations. Using the wrong ERC form can delay the approval and confirmation of your equipment request.

- All ERCs must be filled out, signed, and emailed to mcareservations2@gmail.com

Please download EPC for the complete list of guidelines.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Use Microsoft Word ONLY to properly open and fill out the contracts. Send contracts as WORD (.doc) documents, NOT as PDFs, pages, or any other format. Do not fill it out on your phone! Changed and oddly formatted contracts will not be accepted.
2. All contracts MUST be scheduled at least 2 business days before a prospective check-out, and before 3 PM. This includes all thesis projects, at any time in the year.
3. Grey highlighted areas on the ERC's are drop-down menus of available equipment. Click the box AND make your selections from these lists.
4. CAREFULLY check your ERC before emailing it. If ERC is not properly, and fully filled out you will be asked to re-do it!!
5. You will get the gear you checked on your ERC only! Forgotten items that are needed will not be made available upon pick up.
6. If you do not need the equipment you reserved, you MUST cancel your reservation in advance to avoid penalization. However, canceled reservations will still be counted as one of your 6 available rentals per semester.
7. You are personally responsible for timely pick-up and return of all gear you take out. You may NOT have someone else do it for you.
8. THESIS rentals (both undergrad and grad) MUST be cc'd to your professor for approval before it will be processed and should be put in at least 2 weeks before your shoot.

THANK YOU AND HAPPY SHOOTING!
